Alexander Ostrovsky and Maly Theatre tell us the oldest story in the world. The story is about some people are destined to be ingenuous and meek as sheep and others to be predatory and dangerous as wolves. However, sometimes, even an old predator gets into trouble…
At all times the play “Wolves and sheep” has been like some sort of “calling card” of the Maly Theatre. There were a considerable number of productions in which sparkled the best artists of the company. Over the years the performance has been on it hasn’t lost its originality and importance.
