Purchasing Tickets

Maly Theatre Box Offices

Tickets for most Maly Theatre’s events are available through The Maly Theatre Box Offices located at the following addresses

• Moscow, Teatralniy Proezd, 1
• Moscow, Bolshaya Ordynka, 69, building 1. Lunch break is from 15:00 until 16:00.

Box office hours are Monday through Sunday, 10:00 – 20:00 with some holiday variations.

Online sales

We offer 24-hour internet sales for all tickets sold through The Maly Theatre Box Office.

Visit the «Events calendar» page now to choose which performances you’d like to attend. Single tickets may be purchased by clicking the «buy tickets» link on the individual performance page.

For online booking:

1. Register, complete a registration form, fill in required data, including e-mail, password, login, surname, phone number (so that we can contact you) and additional information (if needed).
2. After that you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
3. Enter your login and password and sign in.
4. Choose the performance you would like to attend.
5. Select the seats on the seating plan (the prices are given in the list above).
6. Place your order by clicking first on the seats you have selected and after on the button «Book now».
7. Carefully read the information on you order and check if everything is right.

Sales or booking by phone

You can buy the tickets over the phone by calling the box office line on + 7 (495) 624 40 46.

You can book or buy tickets on the theatre’s websitehttp://www.maly.ru. After the registration process, you can book tickets for the performances. Registered users can place an order through their personal account.

Booking completely stops 7 days before the date of the performance. All issued and unpaid orders are withdrawn.

Purchased tickets can be delivered via e-mail or picked up at the theatre box office where the show is staged an hour before the start time.

It is possible to pay by credit or debit card.

In case of reservation, the reserved places must be redeemed within two working days from the moment of placing your order.

Groups and Schools

Orders that include 10 or more tickets are considered group tickets. For information on group tickets, performances for schools and matinees please contact us at + 7 (495) 624 40 46.

When buying tickets, the Spectator has the right to receive exhaustive information about the theatrical performance, availability of benefits, rules for attending the Theatre.

By purchasing a ticket to the Theatre's performances, the viewer undertakes to observe public order in the building of the Theatre.

Ticket return

In case of cancellation, replacement or postponement of an event Buyer may return the purchased tickets and is entitled to claim a refund of the money paid which is the face value price. Refunds are made at the ticket offices of the Theatre by presenting a passport or an ID and the original ticket.

Tickets to an event that has been cancelled or replaced tickets for the original scheduled performance will be valid for the newly announced performance, but at the request of the buyer they can be returned to the theatre ticket office.

To return tickets purchased electronically, if they were not replaced with tickets in paper form, you need to write an e-mail to refund@maly.ru indicating the numbers of tickets and orders you want to return.

In case the performance is cancelled or changed, the ticket return can be only be done prior to the scheduled date and time of that performance.

Tickets are reimbursed according to their face value.

Refunds for the tickets purchased with debit/credit cards shall be made to the same card to which the purchase was made, within the terms and according to the established rules of the issuing bank.

Information about replacement or cancellation of an event as well as the terms of the tickets return are posted at the ticket office and on the website of the Theatre

In case of late arrival to the event and / or non-attendance of the event for any reason, the ticket price is not refundable.

Tickets purchased through sources other than the Maly Theatre’s box office or official website (www.maly.ru ) may have substantial service fees above face value and are purchased at your own risk. We do not replace fraudulent tickets. Duplicate, counterfeit or altered tickets will not be honored.
