TARTUFFE: THE FIRST READING
Dear friends,
As the read-through of Molière's «Tartuffe» took place on February 6th, the Artistic Director of the Maly Theatre Yuri Solomin traditionally attended the first reading of the play and wished the production team best of luck.
The production team consists of director Vladimir Dragunov, designer Stanislav Benediktov and composer Gregory Gobernik.
Cast: Viktor Nizovoy (Orgon), Tatyana Lebedeva (Madame Pernelle), Irina Leonova (Elmire), Maksim Khrustalyov (Damis), Dariya Novoseltseva (Mariane), Vasiliy Zotov (Cléante), Inna Ivanova (Dorine), Alexander Naumov (Valère), Stanislav Soshnikov (Monsieur Loyal) and Andrey Sergeev (Officer). The title role will be played by Gleb Podgorodinsky.
